Eliminate Toxins - STS Workshop Monday May 30th

SPRING CLEANING INSIDE AND OUT!   Even if you eat reasonably healthy our systems are exposed to toxins everyday.  From the air we breathe, to the food we eat, even the creams and cosmetics we may use.  Toxins are exactly that; TOXIC!   The build up of toxins in our system can lead to illnesses, diseases and especially rapid aging.  In this workshop we will show you how you can do a natural detox in your own home.  You can choose a 2 - 7 day detox program, depending on your health.   This natural detoxification recipe will help you to clean the toxins from your system and revitalize your entire body.   For a complete internal cleansing,  it's recommended that you begin your detox with the Himalayan Salt Glow Scrub, available at Organic Lifestyles.

This workshop is offered for $20 and will be held at Organic Lifestyles.  A map of our location, address and phone number can be found on this site under "Contact Us".

Visit today to register for this workshop, learn more about healthy home nutrition workshops, and why these ladies do what they do.

We dare you to take the "How Nutrition Saavy Are You" Quiz.  While you are on the site, be sure to check out this month's tip, it's a great one!
